Shipping the jewellery around the world

Shipping with the regular international companies such as FEDEX carries no insurance and is not advisable. I will in most situations, refuse to ship my work this way!
Some people prefer a personal delivery to the use of parcel carriers.
A network of friends around the world makes this a practical and energetically nicer option.
Sending in this way is the responsibility of the customer/future owner!

I cannot guarantee the safe arrival of work once it has left the studio. I will arrange for the sending or shipping with the full agreement from the customer that it is at the customer’s own risk.
Although we have never had a problem, it is important to address these issues clearly.           

Shipping with one of the fully insured carriers is a guaranteed option! These are not the usual shipping services but specialized companies within the jewellery and gem trade circles.
These insured services carry a minimum charge of around 200$.
